We spend a third of our lives sleeping and we need sleep to rejuvenate ourselves. But what if you don’t get a good quality sleep?

Snoring disturbs your bed partner’s sleep and even your own, At times it is annoying that it even gets so loud to keep the whole house awake.

Others try rolling the snorer from a back to a side position. This may help, especially in milder cases, but the snorer may soon roll back into the familiar position. Often change of position doesn’t solve the problem. The partner may resort to earplugs but discover they don’t provide enough soundproofing. Solving sleep problems

Life in urban Philippines becomes busier and more hectic each day. Work pressure, the overwhelming distractions brought about by television and the Internet, and the proliferation of late-night hangouts sometimes cause Filipinos to have poor sleeping habits.

This hectic lifestyle results in extremely shortened or altered sleeping hours. As a result, people find it difficult to sleep during the day, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep cycle.

Sleeping problems also pose significant health problems including fatigue, depression, and even paranoia. Additionally, lack of good sleep can pose significant danger to people who drive and operate heavy machinery because they are highly susceptible to accidentally falling asleep. (more…)
