WHILE the search for that “elixir of youth” has kept test tubes and flasks in medical and biological laboratories constantly bubbling, nothing has presented a more promising discovery than what was announced by Harvard University last November.
A laboratory conclusion has both astonished and elated the medical world — resveratrol has shown bright manifestations that as a substance it may hasten man’s epochal search for physical immortality,
But first, what is resveratrol?
It is a molecule that is produced by several plants. It is noticeably found in trace amounts in the skin of red grapes, mostly in varieties that are made into red wine. (more…)
